The refrigerator and/or freezer is one of the most important appliances in the kitchen because it keeps the dairy, drinks, meats, and produce cold before it is consumed. When there is a problem with a refrigerator, it needs to be dealt with as soon as the problem is realized (service information).
If this problem is not immediately addressed, it can result in spoiled food that will need to be thrown away. This waste of food also results in a major waste of money (which no one wants). This is one of those situations where our same-day service can make life easier and save a lot of money in wasted food.

Our technicians work as fast as possible to make sure that our customers do not have to throw out the food in their refrigerator or freezer. They are able to handle the common problems that occur with these appliances in their initial appointment.
In relation to refrigerators and freezers, loud or constant noises is the most common call that we received about these appliances. The most common causes of this problem are either a condenser fan motor (refrigerator) or an evaporator fan motor (freezer). These two causes depend on where the noise is coming from. We recommend that the caller tries to narrow down the location of the noise so that we can be sure to come with the parts and tools that we need for the repair.
Our vans are stocked with the parts necessary to fix whatever the cause of the leak may be. The most common reason that a refrigerator leaks is because of either a poor door latch/closure or a broken water inlet valve. Either way, our repair technicians can deal with this issue.
There are two obvious things to check before you call for a repair. The first is to make sure that the refrigerator is plugged in and the other is to check the circuit breaker for the kitchen. If these are not the problem, there are two other possibilities that may cause it to not run. One is that the temperature control is malfunctioning, or the compressor overload relay is not working.
Ice Maker Won’t Make Ice
Don’t worry, we can fix the ice maker too. There are various different issues that can occur with the ice makers like the temperature control in the freezer isn’t working, the water fill tubes are broken, or the water inlet valve is not working. It is also possible that the ice maker is working very slowly or the ice cubes that it is producing are smelly. Regardless of the problem, we can take care of it.
Fridge Too Cold/Too Warm
We handle temperature issues in all the major brands and models of refrigerators and freezers. This is a common problem with these appliances. A broken air inlet damper is the common reason for a warm refrigerator. When a refrigerator is too cold, the thermistor or the temperature control is usually the reason. These are the same reasons that a freezer would be too cold.
Broken Water Dispenser
A water dispenser issue is the least common of the issues that can affect a refrigerator. Luckily, we can handle this problem on all the major brands including Whirlpool, GE, Kenmore, Sub-Zero, and many others. When this happens, it is usually because of a broken water inlet valve or dispenser actuator.
Door Latch/Bulb Problems
A broken door can be a major problem that can cause leaks, condensation issues, loss of temperature, and even spoiled food (and thus a loss of money). This happens when the door closure, latch, or seal is broken. We can replace the seals, hinges, and gaskets to ensure that the door is closing and sealing properly. We can also take care of a broken bulb in the freezer or refrigerator while we are there.
